How to View All Your Current and Previous Requests in the Student & Family Help Center |
You must be signed in to the Student & Family Help Center to follow these instructions. As a student, make sure you are signed in with Google, using your GCA email address.
After you are signed in, in the upper right corner, click on your account name and choose My activities. Please note: if you have not signed in, you will not see this option.
You will see a list of all your current and previous requests. Clicking on any one of them will open up the details for the request.
You can see the time of your request, the response from a GCA Student Tech Support member, and the detailed instructions of their response.
Scroll down to the end of the response and you will see an option to reply using the field for Add to conversation.
You may also filter your requests by Status. From My activities, under My requests, choose the Status dropdown for the following information:
- Any: these are all requests that you have submitted, no matter what the status is.
- Open: these are only requests that remain open and are still actively being resolved by GCA.
- Awaiting your reply: these are requests for which GCA requires more information from you before they can resolve it. Click on the request and use the Add to conversation option to share the information requested. You may attach screenshots.
- Solved: these are requests you submitted that have now been resolved. You can always review these to remember how to fix your issue.
