How to Reset Your Password for the Help Center |
Forgot your password for the Help Center? Follow these steps to have it reset.
1) Type in your account email address and choose the option Forgot my password
2) Type in your account email address and Submit.
3) A pop-up will appear, alerting you to check your email inbox.
4) From the email you receive, click the link to reset your password.
5) Type in a new password of your choosing, following the password requirements. Be sure to keep this password in a safe and memorable location. Select Change password.
