| How to Sign In to the Student & Family Help Center |
Parent and Learning Coach Login
You can find access to the Student & Family Help Center in the following places.
- If you are reading this article, simply choose Sign in from the upper right corner.
- Download the GCA App, found wherever you purchase apps. Click More at the bottom of the screen and choose the Tech Help Center option.
- Open any email sent to you directly from a GCA staff member. In the signature line tap or click on the orange Help button.
Parents and Learning Coachs use the Email and Password option to log in. Note! You must log in first before submitting any request form.
If you have never created your account in the Student & Family Help Center, scroll to the end of this article to see instructions.
Choose Submit a request at the top right of the home page, and use the appropriate ticket form listed in the dropdown.
Student Login
Choose the Student & Family Help Center from the Champion Portal page, as shown below.
Choose Sign in from the upper right corner.
As a GCA student you must always use the Sign in with Google option and choose your GCA school email address. Please do not use the Sign up option or enter your email with a password. That use is limited to Parents and Learning Coaches.
Creating your account in the Student & Family Help Center
After choosing Sign in at the top right corner, choose Sign up in the pop-up.
Type your full name and the email address you have listed in Infinite Campus and your Canvas Observer account.
A confirmation pop-up box will appear, alerting you to an email sent to your inbox. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see the email in a few minutes.
Find the Welcome email from the Student & Family Help Center in your email inbox. Click on the link in the email to create the password for your new account.
**Please note! If your student submits a request, our team will add your email to their request, automatically sending this welcome email to you. Please use it to create your own password in the Student & Family Help Center.**
Create a password of your own choosing, following the password requirements. Please keep your password in a safe and memorable place.
Congratulations! You have now created your account in the GCA Student & Family Help Center!
