Where Can I Find the Student & Family Help Center?

Students can find the Student & Family Help Center:

  • On the Champion Portal page.
  • In the left side navigation tabs of any course in Canvas. Note: Canvas Observers can also use the left side navigation from any Canvas course.

Students should always sign in first, and use Google to log in to the Student & Family Help Center

Learning Coaches and Legal Guardians can find the Student & Family Help Center:

  • In the GCA App. Click here to learn more about the GCA App.
  • In the signature line of any direct email communication from a GCA staff member.

Adults using the Student & Family Help Center should always log in first, before submitting any request. The request from an adult must be submitted from an email address listed in Infinite Campus for that person.
