How to View All Your Current and Previous Requests |
Having an account in the Help Center allows you to see all your submitted requests, the responses, and the status of each one.
1) In the upper right corner, choose the dropdown under your account name. Choose My activities.
2) You will see a list of all your current and previous requests, the ID numbers, and the status of each one. Clicking on any one of them will open up the details for the request.
3) In the details of your request, you will find the answer from the agent as well as an opportunity to communicate with them using the option at the bottom to Add to conversation.
