Georgia Cyber Academy requires that the student's Social Security number be on file in order for enrollment to be complete at GCA.

Social Security Card as issued by the Social Security Administration
Social Security Administration's printout of Social Security number.
SSNAP Printout for Replacement

Receipt of SSN Card Renewal
This will result in conditional enrollment approval for 30 days. Receipt must show student's name and date of transaction.
GCA does not accept any of the following documents.
1040 Tax Document Printout of the social security number
A photoshop copy of the social security card with numbers
Any document that has the students social security number other than above
Previous school district social security number waiver form
Application for replacement of the social security card
Should you need a replacement Social Security card or number, we suggest contacting the Social Security Administration office. GCA is not responsible for requesting a social security card from a previous school district during the enrollment process.
