I do not see my students listed under Other Household Members.
The heading for Other Household Members lists the non-GCA and non-parental individuals in the household. GCA students will be listed under the Student heading.
I do not see my student(s) on the application under the Student heading.
Infinite Campus may not list you as the legal guardian for your student, causing this error. Legal guardianship is defined as one who is listed on the birth certificate, or one who has court custody documents or adoption documents. If you think this is in error, please reach out to your Family Engagement Liaison (FEL).
In my Parent Infinite Campus account it says “No guardianship rights”.
Infinite Campus indicates that you are not the legal guardian of the student you are wishing to re-register. Only legal guardians can re-register students. Legal guardianship is defined as one who is listed on the birth certificate, or one who has court custody documents or adoption documents.
I am getting the message "There is no data to display for this tool because you do not have a student with an active enrollment in this district. Please contact the district for more information" when I log into Infinite Campus.
This is most commonly caused by accidentally logging in to the Campus Parent link using the student's login information for Infinite Campus. Be sure you are not using any old pre-populating usernames and passwords and clear the cache to try again.
