Clearing Cache and Cookies In Chrome |

1) Begin by clicking the vertical ellipsis (3 dots) in the upper right corner of your browser, then Delete browsing data.
2) In the next screen, please choose the option below that matches your screen.
a) Click on the More option
b) Click on the All time option
c) Check all four boxes shown
d) Click on Delete data
3) And finally, very important, be sure to close your Chrome browser and reopen it.
Always close your entire Chrome browser and reopen it after clearing the cache and cookies.
