Re-Registration for Enrollment of Current GCA Students |
Every year around February or March, families of current students are notified about re-registration for the upcoming school year. Families must re-register with GCA to keep their enrollment for the next school year, or inform GCA of plans to transfer to another educational environment.
Important notes before beginning re-registration!
- Annual re-registration is located in the Parent Infinite Campus Portal, available from March 7, 2025 to May 16, 2025.
- A Legal Guardian must complete re-registration and comply with all required documentation within the specified timeframe to receive priority re-registration.
- Failure to re-register and submit the required documentation in a timely manner will result in the loss of enrollment with GCA for the following school year.
- After the re-registration window closes, students who were not re-registered, but still want enrollment for the new school year, will then participate in New Student Enrollment. This can result in the student being waitlisted and potentially being unable to secure a seat for the next school year.

Step 1:
Gather and prepare the required documents for re-registration.
A current proof of residence is required during annual re-registration to verify your residency in Georgia. Click here to see the list of acceptable documentation.
A DPH Scoliosis Screening Form 4400 is required by the Georgia Department of Health for any student rising to Grade 6 or rising to Grade 8. Click here to learn more about the DPH Form 4400.

Step 2:
Confirm that the Legal Guardian is able to log into the Parent Infinite Campus Portal. If you have never created your GCA Parent Infinite Campus account, click here for instructions to do so. If you forgot your password to your Parent Infinite Campus account, click here to request a password reset.
Step 3:
A. Log into the Parent Infinite Campus account.
B. Click on Menu, then More in the lower left corner, and Online Registration
C. Click Start for the 2025-2026 school year.
D. On the opening page of the Registration, make note of the Application Number.
You may need it for reference throughout the process.
E. Remember these basics!
- Use appropriate spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. Do not use all capitals.
- Type names exactly as they appear on any official document such as a birth certificate.
- Type all dates as MM/DD/YYYY.
- GCA accepts .pdf .jpg and .png files. GCA does not accept .HEIC files. HEIC files are from photos taken on a smartphone.
- Read each page carefully as you progress through the registration. Some additional information may be required depending on how you answer each question.
