Clearing Cache and Cookies In Chrome |
To keep your Chrome browser functioning smoothly, it’s important to clear the cache and cookies from time to time. If you are experiencing any difficulty accessing platforms or links, this is the first step to help solve the issue. It is important to follow every step exactly as shown.

Scroll to the bottom and click the video image.**
1) Begin by clicking the vertical ellipsis (3 dots) in the upper right corner of your browser, then Clear browsing data.
2) In the next screen, be sure to do the following
a) Click on the Basic tab at the top
b) In the dropdown for Time range, be sure it says All time
c) Check all three boxes shown
d) Click on the Advanced tab next
e) Click on the Advanced tab at that top.
f) In the dropdown for Time range, be sure it says All time
g) Check all four boxes shown
h) Click on Clear data
3) And finally, very important, be sure to close your Chrome browser and reopen it.
Always close your entire Chrome browser and reopen it after clearing the cache and cookies.
