| Headset not Working in Class |
When the headset is functional for all other applications but is not working in Class, please follow the steps below:
- Please make sure the headset is securely plugged into the computer.
- Select the arrow to the right of the microphone icon in the bottom left of the Class window.
- Select the USB Audio Device or headset shown.
- Unmute the microphone and/or listen using a headset to test.
- If you see a pop-up, select 'Allow' to allow microphone permissions in Class.
