Finding and Using UPS Return Labels from a Smartphone |
If you have requested UPS return labels for your GCA-issued equipment, please follow the instructions below as shown on a smartphone.
**Be sure to check your SPAM inbox or Junk folder as the email may have landed there.**
Be sure to have each piece of equipment listed below boxed separately.
- One box for each Printer
- One box for each Chromebook (the charger, mouse, and headset should be in the same box with the Chromebook)
- One box for each Hotspot
- One box for each Zoomy
1. Find the email from UPS in your inbox. The labels are sent from the UPS email address pkginfo@ups.com, not from GCA.
2. Open the email on your phone. Choose the option to Get Shipping Label.
3. The following page will allow you to choose how you will use your label. Choose Print Label if your phone can print to a local printer. If you are unable to print a label, see Step 4.
4. Scroll down to choose the option for Get Mobile Code.
5. The following screen will show your UPS barcode that can be scanned at The UPS Store. If you need to find the location nearest to you, choose the option to Find a Location and enter your zip code.
6. Take your boxed equipment to the nearest UPS Store and allow them to scan the barcode on your phone to print your labels.
7. Be sure to apply the correct label to the correct box of equipment. You can see the type of equipment on each label, as shown below.
*Please be sure to get a receipt for your shipment from The UPS Store or UPS Access Point.
