What To Do With My Equipment
One of my students is graduating. 🎓
GCA graduates can choose to return their equipment in person on Honors Day or Graduation. If the graduate is not attending the in-person event, they should choose alternative options also found in the survey below.
Siblings of a graduate who are NOT RE-ENROLLED with GCA next year and are attending the in-person event, may also choose to return their equipment on Honors Day or Graduation.
For students not enrolled for the following school year, you will receive email communications about returning equipment.
*Course-specific equipment such as CTAE Windows devices must be returned by ALL students, regardless of enrollment plans.

Where should I go to return my equipment at the Graduation Ceremony or the Honors Day Ceremony?
Graduation Ceremony
Both the guest entrance and the student entrance will have a tent and table set up to receive returns.
Honors Day Ceremony
The entrance will have a table set up to receive returns.
Will I receive a receipt for my return?
Yes!
For returns processed at Graduation or Honors Day, you will receive an email confirmation.
For returns by courier, the driver will provide a receipt.
For returns by UPS, your tracking number will serve as the receipt.
What can I do if I have trouble printing my shipping labels?
Return shipping labels are emailed to all Legal Guardians of graduates that choose a UPS return or do not complete the Graduate Equipment Returnssurvey.
If you're unable to print the labels, a representative at the UPS Store or access point can assist you.
