Viewing Your Course Average Grades in Canvas |
Effective October 18, 2021, your average grade for each course will be visible in Canvas during the semester instead of Infinite Campus. At the end of the semester, your final grades will be in Infinite Campus.
With your Canvas Dashboard in List View:
1) From the Canvas Dashboard, choose the Gradebook icon in the upper right.
2) Each course average grade will be listed in the pop-up box. You can go to the details for the course grade by clicking on the course name.
3) Clicking on the course name will take you to the Grades tab for that course.
a) In the top right of your Grades tab, you will see your course average. Just underneath will be the categories and how each one is weighted in calculating your course average.
b) On the left side you will see the individual assignment grades.
c) Scroll down to the bottom and you can view your grade performance for each one of the categories.
With your Canvas Dashboard in Card View:
1) From the Canvas Dashboard, scroll down to see the View Grades button on the right side.
2) Each course average grade will be listed on the left side. You can go to the details for the course grade by clicking on the course name.
3) Clicking on the course name will take you to the Grades tab for that course. (See the Grades tab views above).
