Using Chrome Canvas on a Chromebook |
On a GCA Chromebook, you can find Chrome Canvas, a drawing app, pinned to the shelf of the Chromebook or by typing in the search bar of the launcher.
On the Chromebook shelf it looks like this:
Type in Chrome Canvas in the search of your Launcher from the lower left corner of your Chromebook
When you open Chrome Canvas for the first time, be sure to Sign in from the upper right corner so your drawings are synced with your GCA Google Account.
Open Chrome Canvas and you can do the following.
- Choose the color of your drawing tool
- Choose the thickness of your drawing tool
- Choose a pencil point
- Choose a fountain pen point
- Choose a marker point
- Choose a chalk point
- Choose an eraser
In the upper right corner of your drawing you may also add some layers or background colors.
To see all your saved drawings, go to https://canvas.apps.chrome/ in your GCA Chrome browser or simply click on the Chrome Canvas icon on the shelf of your Chromebook.
