Only students who have been pre-approved to use this tool will need these instructions.
The Translator tool can be used to translate words into over 80 different languages. The Translator icon is located toward the middle right on the Read&Write toolbar.
Follow the steps below to use the Translator feature of Read&Write.
Step 1:
Make sure the Read&Write toolbar is open along with the document. Click in front of the word you want highlighted and drag the mouse to highlight the word. Then click on the Translator icon.
Step 2:
Another box will open that has the word and the translated word. Click the arrow button to hear it read aloud.
