When a tab needs to be refreshed or reloaded in your browser, you can do it with one keystroke.
In the top row of your keyboard, find the one with the circular arrow.
Pressing this key will refresh the tab you are currently viewing in the browser, not the entire browser.
OR
You can use the keys ctrl + r to refresh the tab from the keyboard.
