Fix the Infinite Campus Error "...no active enrollment in this district." |
There are two causes to the error message in Infinite Campus that says there is "...no active enrollment in the district." Please see below for instructions on avoiding this error.
First cause of this error:
1. If a parent uses their username and password to log in to the Campus Student login screen, they will receive the following message:
"Welcome to Campus Student! There is no data to display for this tool because you do not have an active enrollment in this district. Please contact the district for more information."
2. To fix this error, a parent must log in to the Campus Parent login screen with their parent username and password.
3. Confirm the login screen is the correct one by checking for the orange flag in the upper right corner labeled Campus Parent. Always be sure to use the parent username and password, not the student information.
Second cause of this error:
1. If a parent uses their student's username and password to log in to the Campus Parent login screen, they will receive the following message:
"Welcome to Campus Parent! There is no data to display for this tool because you do not have a student with an active enrollment in this district. Please contact the district for more information."
2. To fix this error, a parent must log in to the Campus Parent login screen with their parent username and password.
3. Confirm the login screen is the correct one by checking for the orange flag in the upper right corner labeled Campus Parent. Always be sure to use the parent username and password, not the student information.
