Emergency Address Change for Natural Disaster |
When it has been confirmed that a student's address has been negatively impacted by a natural disaster, the following form will be available in Infinite Campus.
The Legal Guardian should log into their Parent Infinite Campus account to access the form.
**This document can only be completed by a listed Legal Guardian of the student in Infinite Campus.**
From the Home page of Infinite Campus choose Documents, then Emergency Address Change Form.
Once you have opened the document, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to continue editing the form.
In the open document, 1) list all student IDs for whom you are the Legal Guardian that are impacted by the emergency address change, and 2) list all student names too.
Complete all the required information for the Legal Guardian and enter the temporary address.
Scroll to the bottom of the form and click on the icon to submit your signature.
Make your choice on the next pop-up to sign or decline. You may change your signature choice until you submit the document. Only one Legal Guardian is required to sign.
Submit your form using the button in the lower left corner of the form.
If there is more than one Legal Guardian listed in Infinite Campus, you may see that the form is pending but GCA will only need the signature of one Legal Guardian.
Important! The temporary address process is not complete until the Legal Guardian replies to their original ticket to the Student & Family Help Center, letting GCA know they completed and submitted the form in Infinite Campus.
