Family Income Form (FIF) in Infinite Campus |
The Family Income Form can be found in Infinite Campus, if one has been provided to you. If you feel that you should have the Family Income Form, and do not see it in your Parent Infinite Campus account, please reach out to your Family Engagement Liaison (FEL). After requesting the document from your FEL, please allow 24-48 hours before expecting to see it in Infinite Campus.
The Family Income Form document in the Parent Infinite Campus account can be found in two places. Use either method to locate the form and fill it out. It will be:
- In a link sent to your notifications.
- On the Home page of the Parent Infinite Campus account, under the name of the youngest GCA student in the household.
Once the form is open, you'll be asked to accept electronic signing.
Part 1: You will complete this segment with only one student's information. The other students will be added later in Part 2. Choose the dropdown to indicate the grade level.
Part 2: Add the full names and birthdates of all other individuals living in your household, not just students.
- For each GCA student you add, you must check the appropriate box.
- For any foster children, you must check the appropriate box.
- You may find it simpler to type in the full birthdate rather than using the dropdown. If you use the dropdown, choose the month first, then the year, then the day.
Part 3: List the last 9 digits of the SNAP or TANF case number for any member of your household.
Note! Did you enter a SNAP or TANF case number? You may skip Part 4 and proceed to Part 5.
If no household member has a SNAP or TANF case number, you must complete Part 4.
Part 4: List the first and last name of any household member with an income. Leaving the name blank will delay processing.
Under Gross Income:
- You must enter a numeric value for the amount of income. Entering letters, dashes, question marks, or leaving it blank, will delay processing.
- Pay close attention to the options listed for frequency of income. Be sure to choose the correct column (weekly, every two weeks, twice monthly, monthly, or annually).
Under Other Income:
- If you have other income, you must enter a numeric value for the amount of income. Entering letters, dashes, question marks, or leaving it blank, will delay processing.
- Include any other income as listed, including but not limited to Welfare, Child Support, Retirement, Social Security, Worker's Compensation, and Unemployment.
Part 5: Review the certification for your signature, then choose the red pen and paper icon to sign and date the document electronically. Use the submit button at the bottom left.
After submitting the document, you will see confirmation of the date you submitted it in the Documents tab on the left. Submission of the Family Income Form does not guarantee approval. You will need to wait several days for processing after submission.
