How to Add Attendance in Nucleus
** This information is for Legal Guardians, not students.**
Legal Guardians are occasionally required to manually log time in Nucleus. Such instances could include canceled classes, a gap in your student's schedule, etc. It is best practice to check Nucleus daily for missed time. If you have any questions about when to log time or need assistance logging time, reach out to your Attendance Specialist for assistance.
Legal Guardians, please follow the steps below for logging attendance in Nucleus.
Click on https://portal.learnmark.georgiacyber.org/ to log in to your Nucleus account.
In your account, select the Timekeeper option
Select the individual student to add attendance for. If you have more than one student at GCA, you will need to add attendance for each one.
From the calendar, select the day for which you are adding attendance.
Scroll to the bottom of the page under the Additional Time section and select the option to Add an activity
Select the dropdown menu and choose the current task to log hours. Examples include:
- Interim Assessment
Add the minimum required hours for the day. If you're unsure, this information will be at the top in red.
