| Nucleus Password Reset |
If you need a password reset for your Nucleus account, please follow the instructions below. The Student & Family Help Center does not reset Nucleus passwords. For Nucleus, use the option titled Forgot your password?
1. From the Nucleus login screen, choose Forgot your password?.
2. Enter your registered email address, then click Send verification code.
3. Check your email inbox for the verification code message. The sender will be Microsoft on behalf of Georgia Cyber Academy. The subject line will be Georgia Cyber Academy account email verification code.
Using the information in the message, enter the verification code and choose Verify code.
Then click Continue on the next screen.
4. Create your own new password in the New Password input box. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password input box. Click Continue.
5. Sign in with your email address and new password.
