In the email you received with the subject line "Candidate exam confirmation", find the Access Code in it and write it down.
**Check carefully for accuracy! You may use the copy/paste option on your computer but be sure to have the code written down in case the paste option is not available to you.**
Do not click on the link included. Just find and copy the Access Code.
Once you have the Access Code ready, go to the site below.
https://ondemand-candidate.certiport.com/download
Choose Download and wait until you see the file show up in your browser downloads. As soon as you see it, click on it.
If you miss the chance to click on it, you can still do so. Click on the downloads symbol in your Chrome browser and click it from there.
Enter the Access Code you copied earlier and choose Submit.
