Troubleshooting the Amira App Microphone |
Students will access the Amira App from their Clever dashboard.
When prompted to allow the Amira App to use the microphone, be sure to Allow while using the site.
If you have trouble, please check that your microphone is enabled and not blocked.
Alternatively, check within the Settings to see if the microphone is blocked.
- Navigate to Settings
- Choose Privacy and Security
- Choose Site settings
- Search Microphone and see if a customized behavior is blocking the Microphone (see image below)
- Search for any sites under Not Allowed
- Select trash can to the right of any sites listed under Not Allowed to delete
Other Helpful Tips:
- If you are using a headset, unplug it and try the microphone again
- If you are using a second monitor, unplug it and try the microphone again.
