As a student, you can take the following actions if another student makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Move away and mute
As a first step, walk your Avatar away from the student who is bothering you. As you leave, you will lose their audio and no longer be able to hear them. You may also mute the other student.
Block a student
If you are near the student, click on their name in the icon tile and choose Block User. This will prevent you from seeing or hearing that student although you will still see their Avatar in the world.
To unblock a student, click their name in the icon tile and choose Unblock User.
**Note: students cannot block administrators, moderators or teachers.
Report the student
Reporting a student will send the report to an admin for investigation of the incident. Reports may not be addressed immediately so it is recommended that you take other actions listed above as well.
Escalate to an Admin
Students may always look for an administrator in the world to report an incident to them directly. All admins will have a star next to their name.
If you are not near an admin, use the Social Hub icon to find your admin and click the feet icon to take your Avatar directly to them.
