EquatIO Speech Input |
Equatio allows the creation of math expressions using your voice through the Speech Input tool.
Simply click the microphone icon to pull up the Speech Input tool, then select the red Record button, and begin speaking! Equatio's speech input is designed to ignore all non math terms and only pull only mathematical expressions you have used to insert into your equation.
The recording icon will light up red once clicked, and three green circles will appear below the button to let you know the microphone is listening. Once you are finished, simply press Pause and then click Insert Math:

*Note: The toolbar now says “Edit Math” instead of “Extract Math” and you will see more tools on the bottom left side unless you choose to hide them in options.
To hide features on the toolbar, click the arrow beside Equatio in the bottom left corner. Then choose options.
Find Toolbar Options in the menu and toggle off the features you do not wish to see on your equatio toolbar.
