SGB and rising 9th Grade students can now view their tentative class schedules for the 26-27 School Year. This schedule is only visible in the Student's Infinite Campus account, not the Parent's account.
Please take a moment to review your schedule carefully and read to the end of this help article about schedule change requests.
Students, use the Infinite Campus button on the Champion Portal and choose Campus Student. Always use the Single Sign-On option for your student Infinite Campus log in.
On the Home page, choose Schedule. Use the dropdown under Enrollment to view the 26-27 GCA 9-12 schedule listed for NEXT YEAR.
Schedule Change Requests
It is very important that students carefully review their assigned courses along with their parent or Legal Guardian. After Friday, April 17th, there will be NO opportunity to make changes to this schedule.
Core courses (Math, Science, English, and Social Studies) will only be eligible for a schedule change if one of the following statements is true.
1. A core course is missing from the schedule.
2. A senior needs to make a change so that they can fulfill a graduation requirement.
3. A student is in a course and has not passed the required prerequisite course(s).
4. A course requires a level change (such as changing from a an on-level course to an honors level course).
5. A course in the current schedule has already been taken and passed previously.
Students may request a change to their elective course based on the criteria listed below.
1. Student has met the required prerequisite(s).
2. The requested course is available to the students' grade level.

➡️ ALL schedule change requests must be submitted on this the Google Form. Students must be logged into their GCA Google profile or Gmail when completing the from.
Please keep in mind these important guidelines!
- Any request to drop all core courses and replace them with all electives will be denied.
- Requests to change teachers or be in classes with friends will not be honored.
- Students will need to be logged in to their GCA Gmail account to submit the Google Form.
- The schedule change request form will close promptly on Friday, April 17th at midnight.
Important notice about communication with school counselors.
- Please do NOT email counselors about your schedule. We are streamlining the process to make sure every student has equitable access to their counselor.
- All schedule change requests MUST go through this Google Form. Students must be logged into their GCA Google profile or Gmail whem completing the form.
- Counselors will attempt to send follow-up notifications to let you know if your request has been approved.
- Please do not send an email to your counselor to let them know you filled out the form. Any email correspondence will delay counselors in addressing schedule adjustments.
