Position on the Team: Operational Technology Manager Years with GCA: 7.5 Best tech support story: My favorite tech support story is from a few years ago when I was still very new in the tech support role. A teacher reached out to me about wanting to create something really special for her students using a new program. We worked really hard to make it special for her students and they were so happy! We both learned a lot and we were both SO happy to bring a smile to her students' faces! Favorite picture on my phone right now: My favorite picture right now is when I took my children to Florida over Spring Break and they got to experience the clear blue waters and sugary sand of the Gulf Coast for the first time. They look so happy! What makes me happy? Springtime when the plants are waking up and blooming, the birds are singing, and the butterflies come out to say hello! |

Position on the Team: Student Tech Support Coordinator Years with GCA: 7.5 Best tech support story: Learning something new from a tech tip submitted by a student and using it the very same day to help another family! Favorite picture on my phone right now: My three children as teenagers, walking arm-in-arm down the street. What makes me happy? A circle of family and friends around a campfire, talking, laughing, sitting in comfortable silence, and watching the dance of flames on a cool evening. |

Position on the Team: Student Tech Support Specialist Years with GCA: 1.5 Best tech support story: There was a program a student had a challenge getting into. We tried several different steps to get things to work and it would still show the error. The LC and I were losing hope when we realized that extra numbers were added to the link the student used. It was such a simple fix but we worked together to get things right! I love teamwork! Favorite picture on my phone right now: A while ago, I was able to go on a trip and get the window seat on the plane! I took a photo of the view of the fluffy clouds with the wing of the plane showing, it was so cool! What makes me happy? My family makes me happy and working with a wonderful team here at GCA! |

Position on the Team: Student Tech Support Specialist Years with GCA: 1 Best tech support story: It's always a great day when a person lacking confidence in their technology skills realizes that they're more technologically savvy than they originally realized. Favorite picture on my phone right now: My engagement photo to my fiancé at one of our favorite kind of events- salsa dancing! What makes me happy? Salsa dancing, especially if it's with my fiancé, and of course my fiancé himself, my dogs, the ocean, and if there's a combination of those things at once, I'm in heaven. |
